Steven Lagrone

Steven LaGrone is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive experience in Lean management and continuous improvement across the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Lean Manager at United Launch Alliance (ULA) since August 2007, LaGrone has spearheaded enterprise-wide Lean strategies and implemented programs that significantly improved operational efficiency and production rates. Prior roles at ULA included Senior Operations Manager and Senior Enterprise Continuous Improvement Manager, where notable achievements included developing a Cycle Time Reduction program and executing Lean Six Sigma training for executives. Previous experience includes program management at Dynamics Research and various leadership roles at Boeing, where cost reduction initiatives and Lean implementations yielded substantial savings. Steven LaGrone holds an MBA in Management from Pacific Lutheran University and a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University.
