Jim Blanchard

Jim Blanchard has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jim is currently working at United Living Group as the Partnering and New Business Director - Infrastructure Services, where they focus on driving growth and entering new markets. Prior to this, they worked at Kentech Group as the Regional Business Development Director - Europe, where they developed a go-to-market strategy and implemented technology innovations. Jim also held roles at Penspen as the Director of Business Development - Europe and Head of Operations and Maintenance, overseeing sales, proposal management, and maintenance works. Before that, they worked at Petrofac as a Technical Manager and Consulting Manager, handling diverse tasks and leading consulting exercises. Jim also managed their own family firm, Finedoor Ltd, serving as a Director and overseeing various aspects of business management. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant for Finedoor UK and as a General Manager at Cogsys, focusing on software product development. Jim began their career at Advantica as an Account Manager and later became a Commercial Ventures Analyst. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, operations, sales, and management.

Jim Blanchard attended Leeds Grammar School from 1988 to 1995, where they completed their high school education. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University.
