Theresa Kennedy

Theresa Kennedy CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Theresa currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at United Material Handling since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Finance at the same company from 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining United Material Handling, Theresa worked as the Sr Vice President of Finance at VizExplorer from 2018 to 2021. Theresa also served as the Vice President Finance at Other World Computing from 2015 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, Theresa was the Business Unit Controller - Sweet Flavors North America at Sensient Technologies Corporation from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing a profit and loss of $160 million and played a key role in business restructuring and cost reduction.

Theresa also worked as the Controller/Finance Leader at Creation Technologies from 2010 to 2013. In this position, they oversaw all financial and accounting functions for the EMS business unit.

Throughout their career, Theresa has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.

Theresa Kennedy CPA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. Theresa also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
