Sara Connolly

Sara Connolly, MD, has extensive experience in emergency medicine, currently serving as an attending physician at Rochester Regional Health since May 2016, where responsibilities include handling a high volume of patient visits in adult and pediatric emergency departments. Additionally, Sara holds the position of Medical Director for the Stroke Program at United Memorial Medical Center, overseeing quality improvement initiatives. In academia, Sara contributes as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, supervising residents and medical students. Previous roles include Medical Director for Genesee County EMS and Six Flags Darien Lake, where Sara coordinated EMS operations. Sara's early career includes attending physician roles at various medical facilities and research coordinator experience at the Harvard Bipolar Research Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree and completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, along with a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
