Erika Delgadillo is a seasoned advocate with extensive experience in community management and social services. Currently serving as Family Community Manager at UMOS since April 2018, Erika focuses on supporting migrant and seasonal Head Start parents. Previous roles include Probation Parole Agent with the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections from September 2014 to April 2018, W2 Case Manager/Job Developer/FEP at Forward Service Corporation from June 2013 to September 2014, WIA Case Manager at UMOS from May 2010 to April 2013, and Family Services Coordinator at UMOS from June 2005 to October 2009. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Social Work from The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College.
