Jose Escobar

Jose Escobar is an experienced business owner and culinary professional with a diverse background in food service and community engagement. Currently, Jose operates Escobar's Kitchen since October 2015 and has been contracted with UMOS for the Wisconsin Hispanic Tobacco Prevention Network, where responsibilities include catering tobacco prevention meetings and data entry. Previous roles include Banquet Chef at Marriott Hotels, Concessions Manager at Journey House, Inc., and General Manager at Mi Ranchito Mexican Restaurant, where duties encompassed inventory management, customer service, and marketing initiatives. Jose holds education from Milwaukee Area Technical College, completed in 2014.
