The Quality Assurance Team at UMOS is responsible for ensuring that all programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. They develop and implement evaluation protocols, monitor compliance with best practices, and provide training and support to staff to enhance service delivery for underserved populations. Their efforts help ensure that UMOS can fulfill its mission of improving opportunities in employment, education, health, and housing.
