Ron Rosenberger

Ron Rosenberger is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at United Musculoskeletal Partners since February 2025, Rosenberger previously held the same title at Clarvida from May 2023 to February 2025, where the organization provided behavioral health and social services across 20 states. Driving significant growth and improvement in operational efficiency, Rosenberger served as CEO of Tenet Health Plans from 2013 to 2023 and Vice President of Finance from 2019 to 2023 at Tenet Healthcare. Rosenberger also played pivotal roles in various subsidiaries of Tenet, notably turning around Premier Health Solutions and overseeing multiple acute care hospitals in the Chicagoland area. Additionally, Rosenberger’s earlier career includes a successful tenure at Vanguard Health Systems, leading M&A initiatives and developing healthcare operations. Rosenberger began a career in finance as Audit Senior Manager at EY and holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Alabama.
