Rugile Butkeviciute (she/her)

Rugile Butkeviciute is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, stakeholder relations, and organizational leadership across various sectors. As Co-Founder of Ribologija since August 2022, Rugile oversees financial and activity management, social media campaigns, and stakeholder communications. Additionally, Rugile serves as Project Manager and Stakeholder Relations Specialist at the Missing Persons' Families Support Centre, focusing on human trafficking and gender-based violence prevention. Rugile's international recognition includes being selected as a Fellow by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations and as an Alumni of the Community Solutions Program by IREX. With a solid educational background in law and leadership from Mykolas Romeris University and George Mason University, Rugile has also contributed to training programs on diversity and gender mainstreaming across Europe and has held various roles in support of civil society initiatives in Lithuania.
