Barbara Alupo

Barbara Alupo currently serves as a Gender Analyst at the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in Uganda since January 2022. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of Gender and Inclusion Specialist at World Vision Uganda. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Rights and Social Justice from ISS Netherlands, a Master's degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University, and multiple postgraduate degrees in Monitoring and Evaluation, Human Rights and Social Development, and Gender and Local Economic Development from UMI Uganda and Makerere University.
