Joyce Kwetonda

Joyce Kwetonda currently serves as a Digital Agriculture Analyst at the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) since May 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Regional Mobile Money Coordinator at MTN from October 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities involved overseeing the growth of mobile financial services, particularly in Eastern Uganda's rural sectors. Prior to that, Joyce was a Project Manager for Agro Value Chain - Digital Financial Services at MTN Uganda Ltd, focusing on mobile money inclusion strategies for underprivileged communities from October 2013 to November 2016. Joyce's career began with an executive assistant role that provided deep insights into administrative processes and strategic business partner management. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Makerere University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
