Katherine Rickard

Katherine Rickard is currently employed at United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) as a Programme Specialist for the Corporate Payments Digitization with the Better than Cash Alliance. Katherine also has experience as a Gender and Social Inclusion Expert at Rickard Consulting International Ltd, Gender and Inclusion Researcher at DAI, and Senior Consultant for Financial Sector Development at Nathan Associates. Katherine has a background in financial inclusion, gender empowerment, and private sector engagement, with a focus on sustainability, women's empowerment, and inclusive development in various industries and regions. Katherine holds a MA in International Relations from the University of Warwick and a BA Hons in International Business with Spanish from Sheffield Hallam University.
