Wycliffe Ngwabe

Wycliffe Ngwabe has over a decade of experience in financial inclusion, digital finance, and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Country Lead for the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in Sierra Leone and Liberia since November 2019, Wycliffe provides leadership in program implementation, strategic direction, and resource mobilization to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. Prior roles at UNCDF included Advisor for Digital Finance and Innovations, where technical assistance was provided to central banks and ministries, and Digital Finance Expert, focusing on the development of digital financial services. Additional experience includes senior management positions at MicroSave and Airtel Uganda, where oversight of substantial budgets and project plans was critical. Wycliffe holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Gulu University.
