Soyoun Chu

Soyoun Chu currently serves as an Associate Expert in the Office of the Director of Administration at the United Nations ESCAP, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes multiple roles at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) from October 2016 to March 2023, including Associate Human Resources Officer and Associate Professional in Human Resources, as well as an internship in the same field. Earlier, Soyoun Chu worked as a Project Assistant at Samsung Heavy Industries from January 2014 to July 2014. Academically, Soyoun Chu earned a Bachelor's degree in Portuguese and Business Administration from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, graduating in 2017.
