Trang Tran

Trang Tran is an accomplished professional currently serving in the Office of the Executive Secretary at the United Nations ESCAP, focusing on research and advocacy as a Program Expert in innovative finance since January 2024. Previously, Trang held various roles, including Management Associate - Senior Officer at UOB in the Wholesale Banking Division, and contributed to the Economic Affairs sector at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. Additional experience includes work at the World Trade Organization in the Accession Division and as a Graduate Consultant with Tameo, where Trang produced a significant report on impact measurement in impact investing. Earlier roles include internships with CARE, Kenan Foundation Asia, Viet Nam News, and Plan International, showcasing a diverse background in communications, project assistance, and research.
