Marc Kotze currently serves as Manager of Global Operations at the United Nations Global Compact, overseeing regional operations and program delivery in Dubai and Bangkok. Previously held roles include Advisor for Network Development & Support and Consultant for Strategic Development, both contributing to global operations and business model implementation. Marc is also the Y20 Thematic Track Co-Chair for Inclusive Social Development and Fighting Inequality, facilitating international discussions on these topics. Prior experience includes program creation and facilitation for Asikhulumeni, a non-profit addressing gender-based violence in South Africa, and an internship with Hillsong South Africa that provided foundational organizational skills. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Leadership & Citizenship and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Development Studies from the University of South Africa.
