Kevin Andrew Turner

Kevin Andrew Turner is an experienced professional in human rights and program management, currently serving as a Senior Programme Management Officer - Coordinator at the United Nations Human Rights since May 2021. Previously, Kevin held the position of Coordinator for the Office in Medellín at the United Nations Human Rights Colombia from May 2016 to May 2021, and worked as a Policy Officer and Human Rights Officer at OHCHR from November 2008 to April 2016. Kevin's academic background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Nottingham, a Master of Arts (MA) from the Kroc School at the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government. Prior experience also includes a role as Research Fellow and Project Officer at the University of Nottingham’s Human Rights Law Centre and as Latin American Programs Coordinator at California Western School of Law.
