Omar Fassatoui, PhD, currently serves as a Human Rights Officer at the United Nations Human Rights, focusing on the Secretariat of the Committee on Enforced Disappearances and the Human Rights Council and Treaty Mechanisms Division since May 2016. Concurrently, Omar has been practicing as an avocat at Barreau de Tunis since April 2008, specializing in litigation, assistance with the establishment of foreign companies, due diligence, contract drafting, and legal consulting.
