Ofer Ohad is Managing Partner at DBI Projects, project management and real estate advisory firm headquartered in New York City, with projects throughout the U.S. and around the world. As a founding member of the company, Mr. Ohad has grown DBI Projects over a 20-year period into a leading development manager of education, arts and culture, and commercial projects. He has led the development of campuses for American higher education clients in New York, Berlin, Paris, and Rome, implemented an innovative repositioning solution for an education campus in Princeton, NJ, and directed the firm’s role in the development of the new Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center.

Born in Israel, Mr. Ohad studied architecture and urban planning at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology before moving to New York City to earn his Master’s degree at Columbia University.
