Eduardo Hilzinger

Eduardo Hilzinger has had an extensive career in IT and data management. Eduardo is currently the Chief Data Officer at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF), where they are responsible for overseeing data operations. Prior to this role, they served as the Business Application Manager and Acting Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the United Nations. In these positions, they played a crucial role in implementing the target operating model for the Office of Investment Management and was involved in various IT and data management projects. Before joining the United Nations, Eduardo worked as an IT Consultant and Project Manager at Bondbook LLC, Liberty Companies, and the World Bank/Fundación Instituto de Ingeniería. Overall, their work experience reflects their expertise in IT strategy, data management, and project management.

Eduardo Hilzinger attended Santiago de Leon de Caracas from 1982 to 1987, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 1987 to 1995, they pursued a degree in Ingeniero de Computación (Computer Engineering) with a focus on Software Engineering at Universidad Simón Bolívar. In terms of additional certifications, Eduardo obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2019 and the Prince2 Practitioner certification from APM Group in May 2010.
