Rosemarie McClean serves as the Chief Executive of Pension Administration (Assistant Secretary General) at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund since January 2020, overseeing the administration of the UN’s defined benefit pension plan for over 200,000 global participants. Previously, Rosemarie held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice-President at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from 2005 to December 2019, leading operational activities and achieving top rankings in pension service delivery. Additional board membership experience includes Heartland Dental, Alberta Pensions Services Corporation, and Toronto Financial Services Alliance, with leadership roles such as Chair of the Board at APS. Rosemarie holds an MBA and ICD.D from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
