Claudia Olaru is an experienced Programme Management Officer specializing in strategic planning and organizational performance within the United Nations. Currently with the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) since November 2016, Claudia provides strategic and technical advice, reviews mine action delivery in field programmes, and supports change management processes. Previous roles include leading planning and budget processes at UNMISS, coordinating law and anti-corruption initiatives at UNODC, and contributing to the development of the justice sector in Romania. Claudia's education includes a Master’s in European Law and a Bachelor’s in Law from Babes-Bolyai University.
