Myriam Kusayanagi

Myriam Kusayanagi is an experienced Program Manager currently serving at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) since June 2023. In this role, responsibilities include advising the Director of Financing and Partnership on strategic policy and management issues, as well as overseeing the implementation and evaluation of essential programs. Prior to this, Myriam worked as a Partnership and Resource Mobilization Specialist at UN Women, focusing on partnership strategies with government funding partners, and held various significant positions within OCHA, managing humanitarian aid allocations, compliance, and fraud oversight. Myriam's extensive experience in advocacy and project management is complemented by advanced degrees in Communication and International Development, along with strategic roles in promoting education and humanitarian initiatives across multiple UN entities.
