Esther Bayliss

Esther Bayliss is a seasoned communications specialist with extensive experience in humanitarian contexts and population issues. Currently serving as the Regional Communications Specialist for Humanitarian Affairs at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since June 2018, Esther has previously held various communications roles within UNFPA, contributing to media and strategic communication efforts. Prior experience includes roles at DAI as a Web Editor, the World Health Organization as an Emergency Communications Consultant, and a long tenure at The Female Health Company as Communications Manager. Esther's foundational experience in project management was gained at BBC Media Action. Educational credentials include a Master's level degree in Law Society Finals from the University of Law, London, and an LLB Hons in Law from Sheffield University.
