Jorge del Pino

Jorge Del Pino is an experienced professional in people analytics and workforce planning with a current position as Head of People Analytics & Workforce Planning at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since May 2021. Previous roles include HR Officer for People Analytics at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) from September 2018 to May 2021, and People Analytics Officer at the Inter-American Development Bank from October 2011 to September 2018. With a solid foundation in statistical modeling and data visualization, Jorge has contributed to optimizing workforce planning and recruitment processes. Additional experience includes a Student Data Scientist role at Deloitte Consulting, a management internship at HAZCO Environmental Services del Perú S.A., and consulting projects at Babson College and Harvard Business School Publishing. Jorge holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, complemented by study abroad experience at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
