Aline Wani

Aline Wani is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Political Affairs Officer at the United Nations, specifically in the Office of the Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, since February 2024. Aline is also the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Visibility for Transformation Lab, which aims to drive social transformative change through innovative transdisciplinary processes. Aline's past roles include fellowships with the International Committee of the Red Cross and the International Crisis Group, as well as consulting positions with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. Aline's education includes a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen, complemented by experiences at Sciences Po and the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
