Fabianna Ak Bonne

Fabianna AK Bonne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as a Human Resource Officer at the United Nations since August 2022, Fabianna provides strategic advice on workforce diversity and mobility initiatives. As the Founder and Managing Director of HeadStart Human Resources Management and Business Support Services Consulting since December 2017, Fabianna has established a reputable consultancy. Prior to these roles, Fabianna held various positions at Seychelles Public Transport Corporation from February 2018 to August 2022, including General Manager for Human Resource & Administration and General Manager for Human Resources & Development, overseeing key aspects of human resource management and compliance. Fabianna’s career trajectory also includes serving as Senior Manager for Corporate Affairs and Senior Manager for Human Resource. Fabianna holds a Master of Arts in Theory & Practice of Human Rights from the University of Essex and a degree in Civic Leadership and Non-profit Management from Duquesne University.
