Kyle Jacques currently serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Impact) at the United Nations since March 2025. Previously, Kyle held the position of Project Coordinator at IOM - UN Migration from February 2024 to January 2025, and served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Peacebuilding Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the United Nations between January 2019 and January 2024. Earlier experiences include working as a Research Analyst with the Danish Refugee Council, where Kyle led research for programming in South Sudan, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, focusing on climate change mitigation initiatives. Kyle has contributed to various projects including improving police accountability in Ontario as a consultant and has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation across multiple sectors. Kyle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from McGill University and a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy.
