Noemí Pérez Vásquez

Noemí Pérez Vásquez, PhD, is an experienced legal professional with a focus on human rights and international law. Currently serving as a Legal Officer at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Noemí has also contributed as a Rostered Expert for both Justice Rapid Response and the Norwegian Resource Bank for Democracy and Human Rights - NORDEM. Additionally, Noemí has held the position of Visiting Fellow at the European University Institute and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for master's level courses at SOAS University of London. Noemí Pérez Vásquez earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Politics and International Studies from SOAS University of London and has prior education from the University of Oslo.
