Pallavi Mahajan

Pallavi Mahajan is an accomplished Social Impact and ESG Consultant with extensive experience in gender equality and social inclusion across various sectors. Currently serving at the United Nations as a Social Impact and ESG Consultant and Gender Advisor, Pallavi leads critical initiatives impacting education policies in 193 countries and collaborates with multiple UN agencies on gender-responsive environmental policies. Pallavi has also worked independently with global clients, notably advising on significant programs that benefited hundreds of thousands of women. Previous roles include social impact consultancy for the Government of India and senior positions in corporate compliance, where Pallavi facilitated partnerships and advised Fortune 500 companies on DEI and CSR initiatives. Pallavi holds advanced degrees in Gender and Development and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
