R. Dule Vicovac II

R. Dule Vicovac II is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international law and human rights, currently serving as a Legal Officer in the Office of Legal Affairs at the United Nations since April 2017. Vicovac has held multiple positions within the UN, including Head of the Political Analysis and Reporting Unit, where responsibilities included monitoring political developments and advising senior management. Prior to this, Vicovac led a UN office in Zvecan and worked as a Senior Legal Expert for an EU-funded project aimed at supporting displaced persons. With a legal career spanning over two decades, Vicovac has contributed to various organizations, providing legal assistance in post-conflict settings and representing vulnerable clients across multiple areas of law.
