Serge Melis

Serge Melis has extensive experience in information systems and project management, currently serving as Chief of Unit for Information Systems at the United Nations since February 2015, where expertise is provided in communications and application development within a multinational and multilingual context. Prior roles include Information Systems Officer and Associate Information Systems Officer at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, and Project Manager for Web Development at Dexia Bank België.
