Vincenzo Aquaro

Vincenzo Aquaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital governance and information communication technologies, currently serving as the Chief of Digital Government at the United Nations since February 2010. Prior to this role, Aquaro held key positions, including CEO of CARMA Research Consortium and President and CEO of Formit Servizi SpA, where significant contributions were made to agricultural risk management and ICT solution development. Additional roles include Senior Advisor at Formit Foundation and Business Development Manager at EIS Elettronica Ingegneria dei Sistemi SpA, among others. Aquaro's educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Bari and further studies at Università degli studi Roma TRE.
