Yolanda Saito, J.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in green and sustainable public procurement, GHG measurement, and climate action. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Impacti, a GHG data management platform, Yolanda has been instrumental in advising the UN Greening the Blue Initiative for over 15 years. Currently serving as an International Expert with both The World Bank and the United Nations, Yolanda has led significant projects on green public procurement across various regions, contributed to impactful studies, and designed high-quality GHG measurement programs aligned with international standards. Previous roles include facilitating climate and ESG leadership initiatives with Lawyers for Net Zero, training SMEs on SDG impact measurement with UNDP, and coordinating sustainable development programs at IDLO. Yolanda holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa and a background in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
