Adam Sinley

Adam Sinley serves as the Senior Director of Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory at UNFI since July 2018, leading a team of experts in food science and engineering to oversee a diverse portfolio of over 6000 products. Previously at UNFI, Adam held the role of Director of Product Development and Quality Assurance, managing 6500 products across 18 brands. Prior experience includes Product Development Manager for Supervalu, where Adam focused on private label products, and Product Development Chef at Pilgrim's, contributing to innovations for Gold’n Plump and JustBARE brands. Adam's career also includes roles at General Mills as an R&D Senior Technician and a background in culinary arts, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences focused on Culinology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Management from Metropolitan Community College.
