Charles Davis

Charles Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charles is currently working as the Head of Media Relations & External Communications at UNFI since 2023. Previously, they served as the Senior Vice President - Head of Global Communications at Ahold Delhaize from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Delhaize Group, including Senior Vice President - Delhaize Group Integration Team, Vice President / Senior Vice President - Corporate Communications & Public Relations, and Vice President of Group Strategy and New Business Development. Prior to Delhaize Group, Charles worked at Food Lion in various positions such as Vice President of Financial Planning and Investment Analysis, Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics, Director of Pricing, and Director, Business Strategy & Analytics. Charles also had a stint at PRGX as the Vice President, Marketing & Product. Additionally, Charles worked as a Marketing & Analysis Consultant for their own business and held various roles at PRGX earlier in their career.

Charles Davis has a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College and a High School Diploma from Sidwell Friends School. Charles also completed an Ahold Delhaize Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Charles holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
