Karen McOwen Ryan

Karen McOwen Ryan is an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in employment law. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Employment and Retail at UNFI since April 2020, Karen leads employment law support in the East and oversees legal support for the company's retail banners. Prior experience includes roles at CVS Health as Associate General Counsel for Employment and Senior Employment Counsel, and at Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. as Senior Attorney.
