Michael Fabbrini

Michael Fabbrini, MBA has extensive experience in finance and FP&A roles. From 2012 to 2022, they worked at UNFI, starting as a Jr. Financial Analyst and progressing to Vice President of FP&A. In their various roles, they led finance teams, implemented metrics and processes to drive financial improvement, reduced aged accounts receivable, and identified margin accretive activities. Michael also worked on acquisitions and provided analysis and modeling support to executive and department heads. In 2013, they served as a Portfolio Manager in the Student Investment Fund at California State University, Sacramento, where they conducted economic and risk analysis for a $350,000 portfolio and trained new interns and analysts.

Michael Fabbrini, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the same university from 2011 to 2013. Michael began their education at Folsom Lake College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business/Commerce in the field of general business from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Excel Expert Techniques and Excel Lookups, Functions, and Macros from AcademyX Computer Training. Michael has also completed a course on Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
