Dan Noreen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising, business development, and sales management. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Affairs and Philanthropy at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since August 2021, Dan oversees a philanthropy team focused on major gifts, annual fund giving, corporate partnerships, events, and community outreach, while developing funding for research and development in the organ transplant field. Prior to this role, Dan held various leadership positions including Major Gift Officer at The Ohio Manufacturers' Association, where responsibilities included advocating for over 1,400 manufacturing companies, and Managing Director of Development, driving revenue growth through relationships with company leadership. Dan's diverse background also includes roles in sales and marketing for Dwyer Marble & Stone, Epcon Communities Franchising, Assembly Components, and Textron Fastening Systems. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Carroll University and has further education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
