Houlder Hudgins

Houlder Hudgins has extensive experience in the healthcare and science sectors, currently serving as an Implementation and Evaluation Analyst at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since March 2019, where responsibilities include liaising between Member Quality and various committees to ensure effective policy implementation. Prior to this role, Hudgins worked as an Organ Placement Specialist II at UNOS, coordinating organ allocation and providing guidance on OPTN policies. Experience also includes serving as an Assistant Scientist at PPD, where laboratory bioanalytical procedures were conducted, and a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Kenyon College, facilitating physics lab courses. Leadership skills are demonstrated through founding the first club swim team at Kenyon College and managing swim coaching roles, along with experience as an EMT Firefighter at College Township Fire Dept. Hudgins holds a Master of Public Health degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Kenyon College.
