Jasmine Gaines

Jasmine Gaines is a Performance Improvement Specialist at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since July 2022, where Jasmine uses QAPI methodologies to enhance performance and processes for the department and OPTN members. Prior to this role, Jasmine served as Care Coordination Program Manager and Patient Care Coordinator at Health Brigade from June 2019 to July 2022, focusing on patient education and resource availability. Jasmine has also worked as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Beacon Health Options, responsible for comprehensive client assessments and interdisciplinary team facilitation, and as a Guardianship Specialist at Commonwealth Catholic Charities, where Jasmine managed the affairs of incapacitated individuals. Jasmine holds a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned in 2015.
