Joe Spaeth

Joe Spaeth is a Software Engineer at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since June 2023. Previously, Joe served as a Climbing Center Supervisor and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia from March 2018 to June 2023. Joe's software development experience includes internships at Metaform and Lumin, where responsibilities involved Java development, automation processes, and code refactoring. Additionally, Joe taught computer science fundamentals at Mindframe Education and worked as an IT Intern at Health In Your Hands. Joe holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and History from the University of Virginia.
