Julie Nolan

Julie Nolan currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Vice President for External Affairs at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since May 2023. Previously, Julie held the position of Senior Policy Advisor in Public Law & Policy within the Health Care sector at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from December 2018 to April 2023. Julie's extensive experience in legislative roles includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director at the U.S. House of Representatives between October 2015 and November 2018, as well as multiple positions at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Patton Boggs LLP, focusing on public policy. Earlier experience includes working for United States Senator Richard G. Lugar and serving as a Public Policy Staff member at Patton Boggs LLP. Julie obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Denison University in 2005, following education at Lakeview High School.
