Kelley Poff

Kelley Poff is a seasoned policy analyst with significant experience in social work and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Currently employed at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since January 2019, Kelley previously held positions as a policy intern at the Virginia Housing Alliance, where contributions included updating critical policy tools and leading citizen participation plans for affordable housing assessments. Prior roles include interning at GoochlandCares, where Kelley helped clients access resources, and Daily Planet, focusing on client intake and support for those experiencing homelessness. Kelley holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Administration, Planning, and Policy Practice, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
