Megan Oley

Megan Oley has extensive experience in operational coordination and program management within the healthcare and recreational sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Coordinator at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since March 2016, Megan specializes in transplant candidate data maintenance and acts as a key resource for members regarding waiting time issues. Prior to this role, Megan worked as an Associate Childcare/Camp Director at the Midlothian Family YMCA from November 2012 to March 2016, where responsibilities included licensing compliance, staff supervision, and program coordination for youth activities. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Studio Art, with a focus on Photography, from Radford University, earned in 2011.
