Sarah Payamps, MPH, PMP has a diverse work experience. Sarah is currently working at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) as the OPTN Contract Portfolio Manager/Deputy Project Director. Prior to this, they worked at IHRC, Inc/CDC as a Surveillance Coordinator, where they served as a liaison between the Bacterial Meningitis Laboratory and the Epidemiology Team. Sarah was responsible for managing international meningitis budget grant funding sources and coordinating various activities for global health security.

Prior to their role at Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, Sarah worked as a Program Coordinator at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated their expertise in project management, budgeting, coordination of international activities, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Sarah Payamps, MPH, PMP completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree from Mercer University School of Medicine between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services, General from Kennesaw State University. Additionally, Sarah holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2022. It is not mentioned whether they have obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or not.
