Shelby Jones

Shelby Jones serves as the Policy & Community Relations Program Coordinator at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since January 2022. Prior experience includes customer service roles at the YMCA of Greater Richmond, where responsibilities spanned from service associate to member services, emphasizing problem-solving and operational management across multiple branches. Previous experience also includes positions as a Library Assistant at Chesterfield County Public Library and several roles at Walt Disney World, highlighting strengths in customer engagement and conflict resolution. Shelby holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts & Art History from Christopher Newport University.
