Aki Carolina is a seasoned professional in user experience and interface design with extensive experience in the banking and tourism sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of UX/UI for e-Channel Product Development at UOB since March 2022, Aki previously held the position of UX Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from April 2020 to March 2022, focusing on product and strategy for corporate, commercial, and institutional banking. Aki's career also includes consulting on user experience design and research for the Singapore Tourism Board and a role as Assistant Manager for UX/UI Design at AXS Pte Ltd. Aki holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing with a Minor in Japanese Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, supplemented with a certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online.
