Arockia Dass has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to release and deployment management, service process management, production support management, and delivery management. Arockia has worked for companies such as UOB, NCS Pte Ltd, and Air2web. Throughout their career, Arockia has been involved in tasks such as creating release plans, managing service process tools, conducting audits, incident management, configuration and asset management, document management, service level management, test scenario creation and execution, project management, client requirement analysis, MIS reporting, ensuring service quality, reviewing policies and procedures, problem and incident management, root cause analysis, process improvement, automation, tracking L3 fixes, participating in business continuity exercises, resource planning, and team building.

Arockia Dass holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as 6 Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute and Agile Fundamentals and Agile Project Manager certifications from NCS Group. Arockia is also certified in ITIL® V3 Foundation and has undergone training in Project Management Methodology and Service Management Methodology from NCS Group.
