Chris Liao

Chris Liao has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chris began their career at Village Earth Consulting as a Summer Intern in 2008. Chris then worked as an M&A Transaction Services Advisory Intern at Deloitte in 2008. In 2010, they joined Deloitte as an Audit Associate. In 2012, Chris joined UOB as a Vice President, a role they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Vice President at UOB before being promoted to First Vice President in 2019.

Chris Liao completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Singapore Management University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they participated in an International Management Exchange Program at FH JOANNEUM in Austria. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Executive Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets for Financial Services from Singapore Management University. Chris also pursued the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme Level 2 and completed the Corporate Banking Common Examination and Module 4A (M4A) on Rules & Regulations for Advising on Corporate Finance, both from the IBFSG - The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore.
